Modular construction.
Object of the invention.
The object of the present invention is a modular construction that has particularities oriented to provide a wide variety of modulation possibilities; a high ease of assembly, based on screwed connection of tubular parts and to allow its installation on uneven terrain.
Field of application of the invention.
This invention is applicable in the construction of single-family homes with different types and distributions, schools, outpatients, common centers, agricultural constructions, greenhouses and modular constructions in general.
State of the art
Modular constructions are currently known, comprising a metal structure formed from metal profiles connected to each other and serving as support panels for walls, floors and ceiling.
These modular constructions are designed primarily for installation in a minimum time in areas ravaged by any type of disaster (earthquakes, wars, etc.) or that require the construction of a camp to accommodate displaced persons.
These modular constructions require prior installation of the land and the definition of a flat surface for its installation to guarantee its stable support, which in addition to hindering and lengthening the time required for the installation of the modular construction, can be a problem, for example in humid or flood areas, by maintaining the base of

The "on-site" assembly of these modular constructions requires the use of tools and appliances powered electrically, pneumatically or hydraulically, for joining the structure profiles, which is inconvenient when the installation is carried out in areas without power supply or of current generators, and the intervention of specialized labor that must move to the assembly area with the consequent increase in costs.
The applicant for this invention is unaware of the existence of antecedents of modular constructions that have adequate characteristics to solve the problem set forth above.
Description of the invention
The modular construction object of the invention has characteristics aimed at solving the aforementioned problems and providing a series of advantages: high ease of assembly of the base structure of screwed joint of tubular parts; simple foundation; assembly of the structure on leveling feet adjustable in height and manually operated by thread; assembly without the need for heavy machinery, ease of transport, possible reuse; assembly with unskilled local labor; and ease of installation in remote places.
This modular construction comprises a metal structure on which they are mounted: exterior facade closing panels with doors and windows, non-slip floor plates, rigid roof plates with thermal insulation and waterproofing; and presents adequate characteristics to achieve the proposed objectives.
According to the invention the metal structure comprises:
- pillars and tubular stringers that have, next to their ends, side mounting holes for fixing screws; arranging said

pillars at one end of a threaded axial hole;
- connecting pieces of the mentioned pillars and stringers, fixed by means of fixing screws to said pillars and stringers;
- support legs, height adjustable, screw-operated and comprising:
- an anchor plate provided superiorly with a vertical appendix with a threaded hole;
- a rod provided with: an intermediate drive head, and a lower portion and an upper portion threaded in opposite directions; suitable for mounting, respectively, in the threaded hole of the anchor plate and in a threaded axial hole of one of the pillars;
- fixing nuts of the support legs at the desired height, mounted on the threaded lower and upper portions.
The fixing of the pillars and the stringers by means of joining pieces fixed to them by means of screws, allows to carry out the transport of the completely disassembled structure and its assembly in a simple and fast way without the intervention of machinery or special equipment, being enough for it with establish the fixing of the connecting pieces to the stringers and the pillars by means of the fixing screws.
In this invention it is provided that both the pillars and the beams have a quadrangular section, in order to provide robustness to the structure and that the joint pieces settle on them in a stable manner and without the possibility of rotation, thus guaranteeing the rigidity of the structure.
The construction additionally comprises intermediate support plates for the ends of the floor beams in open-plan interior constructions. Said intermediate plates are provided with a central hole for mounting on the threaded upper portion of one of the support legs and upper welded brackets on said intermediate plates, for the

screwed fixing of the ends of the floor beams that converge on the same intermediate plate.
The connecting pieces comprise: - tubular pieces, of various shapes, attachable inside the ends of the pillars and the stringers and fixed thereto by means of fixing screws mounted in the side holes of said pillars and stringers; and - brackets and bevels fixed externally to the pillars and stringers by means of fixing screws and that establish different angles of connection between said pillars and stringers.
With the elements mentioned above, the invention allows the formation of modular constructions with a diaphanous interior, or with pillars and intermediate separations; allowing in any case the legs the regulation in height and leveling of the pillars and the ground support stringers.
The configuration of the support legs makes it possible to vary the separation between the support shoes and the floor beams by simply turning their threaded rod in one direction or another.
Description of the figures.
To complement the description that is being made and in order to facilitate the understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a set of drawings is attached to the present specification in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented:
- Figure 1 shows a schematic elevation view, partially sectioned, of an exemplary embodiment of the modular construction according to the invention provided with an interior with an intermediate pillar.
- Figure 1a shows an enlarged detail of Figure 1 in which the assembly of one of the pillars on one of the support legs is observed.
- Figure 2 shows a view analogous to the previous one with a diaphanous interior.

Preferred embodiment of the invention.
As can be seen in figures 1 and 2, the modular construction comprises a metal structure formed by pillars (1) and stringers (2)

tubular joined to each other by means of union pieces referenced generically as (3) and fixed to them by means of fixing screws (4).
As can be seen in figures 5 to 7, the connecting pieces (3) have different geometric shapes.
Specifically, the joining pieces (3) shown in Figures 5a-5e are tubular, in this case of quadrangular section and of suitable dimensions to be introduced at the ends of the pillars (1) and the stringers (2) to be joined.
The connecting piece (3) shown in Figure 6 is a square that is fixed externally by means of fixing screws (4) to the pillars (1) and to the stringers (2); while the connecting piece shown in figures 7 and 7a is a bevel for fixing two stringers (1) of the roof, in an inclined position with respect to an extension of the central pillar (1) of the construction.
The abutment (1) shown in Figures 3 and 3a has side holes (11) close to its upper and lower ends for mounting the fixing screws (4) of the connecting pieces (3). The upper end of the pillar (1) is open; while its lower end has a threaded axial hole (12).
The crossbar (2) shown in Figure 4 has side holes (21) close to its ends for mounting the fixing screws (4) of the connecting pieces (3).
As can be seen in the aforementioned figures 1 and 2, the metal structure serves as support: closing panels (51) of exterior façade, non-slip floor plates (52) and rigid cover plates (53), with thermal insulation and waterproofed.

As can be seen in the detail of Figure 1a, the support leg (6), adjustable in height and screw-operated, comprises:
- an anchor plate (61) screwed to a support shoe and provided superiorly with a vertical appendix (611) with a threaded hole (612);
- a rod (62) provided with: an intermediate drive head (621), a lower portion (622) and an upper portion (623), threaded in opposite directions; and mounted respectively in the threaded hole (612) of the anchor plate and in threaded axial hole (12) of one of the pillars (1); Y
- nuts (63, 64) for fixing or locking the support legs (6) at the desired height and mounted on the lower (622) and upper (623) threaded portions.
As can be seen in the detail of Figure 2a, the support leg (6) also allows height adjustment of those ends of the floor beams (2) that converge in an intermediate area of a diaphanous interior construction.
In this case, the threaded upper portion (623) of the rod (62) passes through a certain clearance through a hole (71) of the intermediate plate (7) which is shown enlarged in Figures 8 and 9. This plate intermediate (7) has superiorly welded brackets (72) for screwed fixing of the ends of the stringers (2) of the ground that converge on said intermediate plate (7).
The height adjustment of the intermediate plate (7) is carried out by adjusting the nut (64), which is positioned below said intermediate plate (7), and an additional nut (65) arranged above the plate intermediate (7) and mounted on the threaded upper portion (623) of the rod (62).
In this way the support legs (6) allow to adjust both the height of the
pillars (1) as of the ends of the floor stringers (2) that do not coincide with the pillars in open-plan interior constructions.
Obviously, this modular construction can incorporate various accessories depending on the use for which it is intended; for example, complete bathroom, installation of electricity and plumbing, thermal insulation, metal or wooden carpentry enclosures, furniture, appliances or any other.
The structure allows modular constructions of different surfaces, 10 in this specific case, of any surface that is a multiple of 9 square meters.
Once the nature of the invention has been sufficiently described, as well as a preferred embodiment, it is stated for the appropriate purposes that the materials, shape, size and arrangement of the described elements may be modified, provided that this does not imply alteration of the essential features of the invention that are claimed below.

1. Modular construction, comprising: a metal structure on which they are mounted: closing panels (51) of exterior façade with door and windows, non-slip floor plates (52), rigid cover plates (53) thermally insulated and waterproofed; characterized in that said metal structure comprises:
- pillars (1) and tubular stringers (2), which have side holes (11, 21) for mounting mounting screws (4) near their ends; said pillars (1) having one threaded axial hole (12) at one of its ends;
- connecting pieces (3) of the mentioned pillars (1) and stringers (2) fixed by means of the fixing screws to said pillars and stringers;
- support legs (6), adjustable in height, screw-operated and comprising:
- an anchor plate (61) provided superiorly with a vertical appendix (611) with a threaded hole (612);
- a rod (62) provided with: an intermediate drive head (621), a lower portion (622) and an upper portion (623), threaded in opposite directions; and mounted respectively in the threaded hole (612) of the anchor plate (61) and in threaded axial hole (12) of one of the pillars (1); Y

3. Modular construction according to claim 2, characterized in that it comprises an additional nut (65) disposed above the intermediate plate (7) and mounted on the threaded upper portion (623) of the rod (62).
